Amazon FBA Prep in Valencia — Ready for Your Amazon Inbound

Labeling, bundling, poly-bagging, and compliance prep from our Valencia facility. Your stock is prepared to Amazon's requirements for each SKU, which we confirm before the first shipment.

  • Compliance prep
  • Port proximity

WHAT WE PREP

Amazon's prep requirements, applied SKU by SKU

FBA prep is not complicated - but it is exact. One wrong label, one missed poly-bag, one oversized carton, and the shipment gets rejected. We follow Amazon's current requirements to the letter: FNSKU labeling, suffocation warnings, bundling rules, carton weight limits.

  • FNSKU and shipping labels applied per Amazon specs
  • Poly-bagging, bubble-wrapping, and overboxing where required
  • Bundling and multi-pack assembly with barcoded verification
  • Carton contents verified against inbound shipping plan

PORT ADVANTAGE

Import via Valencia, prep on-site, ready for Amazon

If you import through the Port of Valencia, the transfer to our facility is short once your forwarder has cleared the goods; we coordinate the handoff and the unloading appointment (at least 72 hours' notice for containers). We inspect and prepare cartons or pallets with your FBA labels and leave the shipment ready for pickup. In the initial phase you create the FBA shipment in Seller Central and book the transport to Amazon; we can coordinate the UPS pickup.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions about Amazon FBA Prep in Valencia

What Amazon marketplaces can you prep for?
EU Amazon marketplaces. We label and prep to the requirements we confirm for each SKU and destination before the first shipment.
Do you handle shipment plan creation?
In the initial phase, you create the FBA shipment in Seller Central and book the transport to Amazon. We prepare the goods to your shipment plan and can coordinate the UPS pickup.
What happens if Amazon rejects a shipment?
We review the cause with the shipment data. If the issue comes from our prep, we correct it; reshipping and transport to Amazon are assessed case by case. Rejections are logged to prevent recurrence.
How much does FBA prep cost?
We apply 3PL Spain's standard reference rates for FNSKU labeling, carton prep and pallet prep. Any estimate is indicative until we review your SKUs; transport to Amazon is not included.
Can you store excess inventory that doesn't go to FBA?
Yes. We can store your overflow inventory and prepare replenishment shipments to Amazon as needed.
How close are you to the port?
Within 30 minutes. Once your forwarder has cleared the goods, we coordinate the handoff and the unloading appointment; containers need at least 72 hours' notice, and your forwarder arranges the transport from the port.
